Danello is a dark kitchen bakery based in Veracruz, Mexico — healthy-style baked goods delivered or picked up, with no brick-and-mortar storefront. The owner needed a brand identity that would make her feel like a legitimate business operating out of her home, and a visual system she could manage herself on Canva for her Instagram and WhatsApp presence.

The design challenge was building something polished enough to earn trust at first glance yet simple enough for a one-person operation to use consistently without a designer.

Brand system — Because there's no physical storefront, the brand has to do all the work that a shop window would normally do. Every touchpoint — sticker labels, packaging identifiers, color palette, typography — was designed to signal quality and legitimacy from the moment a delivery arrives at someone's door.

Label design — Sticker labels were designed for boxes and bags, giving each order a branded moment of unboxing that turns a delivery into an experience. Small detail, significant impression.

Type and color system — The palette and typography were selected with independent use in mind — simple enough that the client could style her own photography in Canva without breaking the visual identity. A brand system that only works when a designer is involved isn't a system.
